If you are an exercise or health buff there are several new state of the art gyms 10 minutes away by Wheaton Mall. Less than 10 minutes from the house are nice boutiques and bodegas. The neighborhood is a fun mixture of people.
The House is in the middle of all the veins into downtown DC and the other parts of Maryland . Easy access to Silver Spring, Takoma Park, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Hyattsville, Forest Glen, etc. It is also about 5 minutes into different directions or less to the beltway into North Virginia, Baltimore and B/W Parkway . It is 5 minutes from CONNECTICUT AVE which leads you directly into BETHESDA, CHEVY CHASE, FRIENDSHIP HEIGHTS, etc. It is also 5 minutes to RANDOLPH ROAD which leads you directly into ROCKVILLE, GAITHERSBURG, GERMANTOWN.
